Organising a function?
Whether your event is a major milestone such as a wedding or 21st or a smaller informal occasion you will find Club Scone an ideal venue. Our strength is the range of choices and options we are able to provide you. We will go out of our way to make sure your special day is exactly the way you have imagined.
Scone Golf Club can cater for a range of function types and sizes. We can cater for up to 200 people in a cocktail style function and up to 150 people seated. Our friendly staff be on hand to hand out finger food, serve behind the bar, set up a buffet or wait on tables.
We can also configure our function spaces to appropriately accommodate smaller groups. We offer competitive rates for the hire of our auditorium for conferences, meetings and social occasions. Please enquire with our Manager in regards to availability and bookings.
You can decorate and arrange your function space in the style of your choice. We will give you time to set-up and will assist you to transform our room into your creation.
A new addition to our function areas is the deck. This large and stylish area can be used for ceremonies, drinks or pleasant outdoor dining. The deck offers picturesque views of the tree lined golf course.
We have a range of menus and bar options for you to choose from. In the menus attached to this page you will find a sample of meals and pricing arrangements. These menus are a guide based on what is popular with our clients. If you have a hankering for a particular dish we will work with you to provide it.
We can set up and staff a private bar area. You choose exactly what drinks you wish to serve. You can run a limited bar or drinks on a tab basis. You will also enjoy the free magnum of bubbly we provide with all celebrations.
At the end of the evening your guests will enjoy the convenience of our courtesy bus. The bus will courier guests to all addresses within the Scone township.
If you require assistance sourcing local services our staff will have the information you need. We can help you arrange music and can arrange a discount with the club DJ.
Business Meetings / Clubs
As we have a large function room we regularly host business meetings and other community events. We can source the extras you need for a lecture, business breakfast or dinner and create a menu to suit your timetable and budget.
Smaller meetings such as club or committee meetings can be held in a variety of locations throughout the club depending on number of attendees and other requirements such as privacy needs.
